Over the last 25 years, Bruce has mainly focused on interim/contract commercial CFO roles which have often involved challenges in terms of profitability and cashflow. Earlier working experience was in senior finance roles within manufacturing operations at multinational BTR Nylex.

Bruce has broad experience in competitive markets with a focus on managing change, business restructuring and driving operational performance. He is commercially focused with wide experience in both New Zealand and Australia across a wide range of roles within manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure and service sectors.

Through his working career, Bruce has developed experience in the management of working capital, cash flow, bank funding and FX. He has strong experience in business partnering and providing commercial support at the strategic level as well the financial level.

In the various roles Bruce has held, he has gained exposure to multi-site operations with vertically integrated supply chains requiring management of margins and volumes to maintain profitability and cashflow.
